Is medical education ready for coaching?
医学教育における教育戦略としてコーチングは重要性を増していますが、その本質的な特徴は未定義のままです。本研究では、効果的なコーチングに必要な要素と医学へのに影響を与える要因を理解することを目的として、医学の内外でコーチングがどのように制定されるかを探った。コーチングが相互の関わり合い、成長と発展への指向、積極的な省察、そして学習の触媒としての失敗の抱擁を組み込んでいることを見出した。失敗を受け入れることは医学にとって特に挑戦的に見えた。

Coaching skills improve residency feedback
研修医のフィードバックを提供する際のコーチングスキルの使用を調査する国際的な研究です。コーチングの文献を調べ、プロセス指向とコンテンツ指向のスキルに分割された一連のコーチングスキルを抽出し、フレームワーク分析を通して調べました。効果的な指導には、個々の研修医のニーズに応じて選択されたスキルの組み合わせが必要です。上級医は、自己指導を促すことと能力を確保することの間の課題と、研修医の対話を強化するための指導的独白と対話のバランスの必要性を習得しなければなりません。

Writing theory into a research paper
理論の有効利用は教育研究の質を高める。研究論文に理論を書く方法は重要です。この研究は教育研究に理論を書くためのフレームワークを提案します。理論は次のように表現することができます。研究問題を特定するための「harbinger:前触れ」。研究目的を支援するための「ally:共同研究者」。または解釈のための「mentor:メンター」。理論を使うことで慎重になることによって、研究者は彼らの仕事に一貫性を与えることができます。
